Program Specifics

   

The online MSMAS program was specifically designed with flexibility in mind to meet the needs of full-time and part-time students. Our STEM-designated program offers a 100% online curriculum to suit your needs.

  • Program Starts: Fall (September), Spring (January), and Summer (May)
  • Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
  • Credits: 30
  • Completion: 12-24 months

The most effective marketing strategies are those powered by research-based data analysis. The program will help you develop the skills necessary to become an expert in the field through industry partnerships and experiential learning projects, such as the capstone, which uses real-world business data in the latest digital, visual, and analytical tools.

Tuition for the MSMAS is $37,200 ($1,240 per credit hour).

*For FA25, A $300 tuition deposit is required. This deposit will go towards tuition for the first semester.

The MSMAS program is open to students with bachelor’s degrees in any discipline. An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred but not required.

Applicants are required to complete two prerequisites (MKTG 5400 Marketing Management and DATA 5400 Applied Business Statistics) prior to the first semester if they were not satisfied by the undergraduate degree or if they do not have comparable business experience. Transcripts and your resume will be used to determine if the bridge courses are required.

No GMAT/GRE required.

Here’s what you will need to apply:

  1. A completed online application.
  2. A non-refundable $65 application fee paid by credit card. (Application fee is waived for current Fairfield students and for anyone who attends an information session.)
  3. A professional resume. Applicants are required to submit a current resume that includes employment and education history.
  4. A personal statement. Students should describe why they want to undertake graduate studies in marketing and analytics.
  5. Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended demonstrating a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. All foreign transcripts must be evaluated by an approved evaluating service.
  6. Two recommendation letters — one of which must be from a current supervisor or professor, accompanied by the University’s online recommendation forms.

The Charles F. Dolan School of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International).
